@@snowyy3028 But it's better than white. Being useless, eh.. sort of, but it still does a decent job. Also putting a deep black will be bad for those that don't have AMOLED Displays because it'll drain more battery. Would be cool if companies start to include a 3rd option called Deep Black. Kind of like what Reddit does. You have white (default), you can choose Dark Mode (suitable for any display), and Deep Black mode which is pure black (Suitable best for AMOLED only displays.)

I just turned my Facebook Messenger to Dark Mode and it's awesome. I have a lot of my device in Dark Mode already by using a plain black theme, but I was not aware that I could do a Dark Mode in the Facebook Messenger until now. Thank you. Thumbs up!

Using dark mode on IPS will make your phone drain much faster... In IPS your screen uses voltage to produce dark color.. Voltage is needed to rotate the liquid crystals polarization that is to block the back-lit to produce dark colors

Now with iOS 13, you have system wide Dark Mode with True Tone working. On iOS 12, you can have Dark Mode but True Tone doesn't work when you use it.

You can turn your Chrome app into dark mode. Just type in the address bar... chrome://flags > search "dark" > enable "Android Chrome UI dark mode" and press "Relaunch Now" open it again and thank me. 😃

I use OpenShell for w10 to black mode the Windows button and menus and the taskbar. Intalled darkmode for chrome and a new black theme for it as well, everything's black! On android, I use a custom ROM so I can install a lot of dark themes without any worries.

Just me or does EVERYONE like dark mode?? Something I've been waiting for for nearly ever. Stars warned dark screens fuss so many reasons, as looks really nice n sleek, easier on battery, not bright in dark rooms. I think it was Motorola with the first dark design. But i totally love it. Esp with a small micro screen filter/blocker to other would-be viewers. Even on my actual computers n all, nice cool black is simply the best. Any haters are simply conservatives that started a certain way and want to stay that way. Ugghh one of which brunt my wife lolol
