Yuki Hayashi is one of the solid freelancers out there.
He was an employee at Toei Animation some years ago until he decided to be an influencer some years ago. He was the master of Koudai Watanabe and Ryo Onishi and that is best shown through his wonderful timing and modern effects that he most probably got by working alongside the top of the industry as a freelancer.
He's got an important role on My Hero Academia as a Sub-Character Designer, Key Animator and Animation Director.

He's a Freelancer previously working for Toei Animation, he left 8 or so years ago because he didn't wanted to work on some non-toei franchises as well. He should still pop here and there on Toei shows at times.
