I have a theory as to how the 4x speed glitch works: Getting on the chair _reduces_ your speed to 0.5x the normal walking speed, getting off the chair multiplies it by 2, and getting on the bike sets it to 2x the normal speed (getting off the bike just sets it to the normal speed). So you get on the chair, and your speed goes from 1 to 0.5, equip the bike and your speed gets set _specifically_ to 2x, and then getting off the chair multiplies it by 2 again. This is probabaly not exactly right, but atleast similar to what's going on.

That is almost true. More precisely, RPG maker 2000 has only variables for speed changing such as 0.5x, 1x, 2x, 4x. And only you can do is incrementing or decrementing the speed, instead of set an absolute value. I think RPG maker 2003 is same.

Believe it or not I figured out .flow is a lot more broken then Yume-Nikki. The only catch is the glitch setups are complex and can be difficult to preform. I should have a tutorial up on the more complicated ones really soon cause they are really interesting (Not plugging my channel just thought you guys might be genuinely interested).

nice video. for anyone that's curious and wants to try these, here's some more info: for the speed glitch, the game still thinks you have the bike equipped (which you kinda do?) so you have to disable the glitch to use any other effects or interact with things you can't interact with on the bike. i also don't know why he mentioned the huge unused section of the fc world, because you actually can't get to it with noclip on. otherwise have fun and good luck

I'm guessing this is how quad speed works... Let's say Madotsuki's default speed is 1, the speed of the bike effect is 2, and while rocking around on the chair it's .5 . So getting on the chair sets her speed to .5. Then you equip the bike and her speed is now 2. But when she gets off of the chair, rather than properly setting her speed to 1, it just doubles the speed, since usually it'd be .5 and that would equal 1. Instead it's at 2 and 2x2=4. This seems like kinda lazy programming. But I still love yume nikki. I wonder if you had the bike effect and got in the chair you'd move at regular speed?

Actually, you can't explore the Famicom World with the noclip glitch. The only two entrances you can use to enter the FC World rely on having collision. While it's possible to reach the Barracks Settlement with the noclip, it's impossible to go inside, meaning you can't interact with the NPCs needed to go to the FC World. You can also reach the Teleport Maze, but none of the teleportation pads (including the exit) will work. The only way to explore the unreachable continent in the FC World is to edit the game itself.

I kinda recommend either yume 2kki or ultra violet. UV is a lot more happier than most em, but still has some darkness to it, while yume 2kki has a great ton of content
