Discovered Cheese Ramen when I was studying in Seoul 2006. This is one of the best life hacks I know, except for some cheese (the hard one you slice yourself) tend to stick super hard to all surfaces that it's not worth it. Cheese wrapped in plastic like cheddar cheese works really well!

If you add it before the water boils, it won't cook as nicely and if you add it after the ramen, it'll stick to the noodles. Let me know how it goes :D

Oh noo!! Sorry you had a bad experience. This recipe works best with a spicy ramen because the creaminess of the cheese will balance out the spice. Give it another shot when you happen to have a spicy ramen around 🙂

Simplified version - Cook the noodle & add a can of Condensed Cheese Broccoli Soup. Garnish/season to taste. Ramen noodles (unlike pasta) will soften without cooking, but it takes longer - handy in a backpack while hiking - Also works with pre-cooked Instant Rice.

thanks! I was home alone on vacation in Japan and I went to the near by convenience store and got this and I did it the same way you did and it tasted complety like Mac and cheese! it was a awesome meal it was so good!!!!!!!

I'm having a craving right now of cheese so, I went and search for these ramen with cheese because I only have them right now.
