Interesting video until I got to 10:26 and noticed beside the mixer was a can of bug spray how disgusting not just that but it's literally poison why would you have that beside your mixer?

These are beautiful! I bet that they are delicious! Technically speaking though bagels are boiled! These are more like the cronut croissants/donuts not a bagel! Thank you for sharing the process it was cool to watch!

5:24 You can see this dough is different. All four edges are cut and if you look closely, 6:19 you can see slight color differences between the layers. Maybe food coloring added to the butter? Then the cut strips are added on top of the croissant dough on edge, refrigerated, then run through the dough sheeter to flatten in preparation for final cut and shaping.

@@CrochetWhiteLion IDK, the only other option is coloring the dough that they're using for the strips that they've adding on top and alternating between colored and regular dough. You just make batches of the different colored croissant dough.

8:47 자세히 보면 반죽이 말려들어간부분까지 색소가 있는거보면 반죽단계부터 색소를 넣은거 같은데 그장면은 쏙 뺀거보면 안좋은재료거나 위생적으로 문제가 있는건가요? 그리고 조리하는 테이블에 왜 살충제 스프레이가 있는지... 그리고 두께로 보면 절대 10,000겹이 될 수 없는 크기인데 홍보영상에 거짓정보까지 넣어서 신뢰도까지 별로...

well if you knew anything about baking 10,000 layers is already a click bait, most croissants are at most 27/36 layers total. The more layers there are, the insides become more doughy like instead of distinct individual layers. also the layering technique they showed in the first half of the video is more than enough to understand its a fad and an upsell (im talkin about where then put on the slice strips of the laminated dough the opposite/perpendicular direction the the laminated dough sheet.)

Why are 10k layers necessary? Seems like the same goal can be achieved with, at minimum, 100 layers? If it is good, nobody will complain, least of all any number of layers - unless it is single digits. Either way, bravo, you clearly have mastered your craft and (maybe) overstimulated it. Remember, most people do not need, 'close to perfection,' rather they want excellence. Again, stepping higher than this is amazing, yet somewhat futile. Focus upon a product that is less time consuming, though regular excellent (the customer's standards, not yours.)
