Hello Arthiji, Gond katiraa should not be used unsoaked it can cause constipation, indigestion and choking. The one used in Ladoos is called Gond only which fried in ghee before using to make Ladoos. I had commented in the last video too probably you have missed to see that. But since you would be feeding this ladoo to your small kids I thought I would inform you again. Please do some research and you would know the difference between Gond and Gond Katira 🙏🙏
