Just found you. How lovely! Images and lettering are magnificent. I appreciate as well that you used a "regular" (gold) nib and an ultraflex. The Sailor had fine line variation -- and then, wow! the FPR. I have in fact the Himalaya V.2 ultraflex. It is a nib that keeps educating me.... Now, for modern nib-making technology to rediscover the flex and flow of vintage nibs. .... I've already spent pretty much and then some on pens I should have. Now, interested in Ink, of which I have more than I may be able to use at age 63 -- hope not! Time to check your other videos!

Now that you’ve mentioned that, I think you’re right. Sailor does have a fine line variation but it isn’t flexible. I think I must have applied a bit more pressure on my down strokes. I am very interested getting a vintage flex fountain pen. And those inks are just soo beautiful I am thinking of getting another… Love these interesting inks to spice up my lettering.

I played with these multishading inks and used them as watercolour on my journals. I don’t want to waste these expensive inks so I just made some nice botanical boarders. Looks really good and oh what fun I had! I’m sure you will enjoy them!!
