I cant even believe what im hearing.The ferocity,the wisdom,the type of utterance. The kind of intellect,force of personality one hesrs in Hofmann and the best of Rubinstein in his livid headstrong 1950's headstrong years! This kind of musicality can barely be heard. Its almost too much. Vociferous, leonine,so powerful its a bit frightening. Gilels too sometimes evinces this kind of sheer power and immediacy of utterance. Oh dear heavens. Mu heart cant take it!@ HoodooVoodoo!

More genius than Horowitz=Sviatoslav Richter Solomon Cutner Grigory Sokolov Maurizio Pollini Stanislav Bunin Maria Grinberg Murray Perahia Alexei Lubimov Dinu Lipatti Stanislav Igolinsky! More powerful louder than Horowitz=Mikhail Pletnev! The Second Loudest ever was Lazar Berman! The 3rd Loudest was Erwin Nyiregyhazi! Beethoven wanted louder instruments piano fortes! OK we can say Horowitz his technique attack was number one!

Early recordings are the best because his source of inspiration was Neuhaus and of course Wagner.Later when Neuhaus died became very academico but there were the times in which Materialistic thinking was spread all around world.Until 1989....
