इस विडियो बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण जानकरी प्राप्त हुई है .रुपालीजी मे एक अपना अनुभव आप के साथ शेर कर ना चाहती हुई हाल मे अपना डिनर शाम को पांच, साडे पांच बीच मे लेती हु .रात को निंद भी अच्छी आती है और सुबह एकदम फ्रेश रहते .ये एक नियम पालन कर ने स्वास्थ्य अच्छा रहेगा .धन्यवाद रुपाली जी 🙏🙏

Mein 8 baje dinner mein 1banana aur orange Kha raha hoon 5 din se khana avoid Kiya hoon bahut relief Mila Hai constipation se Aaraam Mila Hai but friends Dara rahe Hai khana khane ke like bolne lage mujhe debates Hai par controlled Hai mein bahut confuse hoon replace khana karke fruits ko khana sahi Hai kya Kyung ki breakfast and lunch Mera heavy Hai is like dinner raat mein itni book nahi Lahti pls suggest Karen.

I have a one question. In some countries there’s very less sun shine and people are there they eat non veg food and some fast food in late night so how they manage to digest. Sun energy is very less and they eat anything but still people look healthy how is it possible?

I have another question. I am living in USA. My daughter is working and her husband also . She go to work early in 8 Am and no time for breakfast, because she has dog. , so take her out and get ready for work to catch the train . No time. Evening she comes home 7 pm and tired . What to cook? Not whole dinner, but one dish, how can she gets nutritious? How to explain that to take care of health? Weekend wake up very late because whole week wark heard so tired , and not proper eating habits so naturally became tired. How to make them understand? And what type of food make which give them nutritious??? I am her mother and believe in Ayurveda eating habits so what should give her understanding?

Namaste Dr . Todays lifestyle is so much against of Ayurveda. If we wants to correct our younger children we do not know how to give advice. Every body is working hard to get more money , but they lost there life . Women start working now so after coming home no time for cooking and no help of parents , so they eat whatever easy either eat outside, or eat not nutritious food. Even weekend they wake up late and spent days not taking plans for next week . All this problem what you suggesting young youth???
