it all depends on your digestive and immune system..I have been having salads , dahi , chickpeas etc at night for a very long time and I feel perfectly fine...but yes I do not go overboard with the quantity of food I have at night..I like to keep it light..so ya the quantity also plays a big role

U can add - -Salads (especially beet roots, carrot) -garlic and onion. -Fruits -roasted seeds and roasted peanuts (in a limited amount) -good protein powder (plant protein or whey protein) -desi cow milk

If someone is confused what to eat or not in dinner, it is best to avoid dinner especially after 8 pm. Might feel less energetic for few days but body will get use to it.

Bhaiya, toilet cleaner konsa best hai, konsa use karna hai. please iss pr video bnaaiye pls. Bohot problem aati hai choose karne me, kisi me bohot harmful chemicals hain, jo allergy dete hain, toh kuch toilet cleaners toilets ko properly clean nahi karte (bohot saaf karne ke baad bhi). ye adds me kuch bhi dikhaa dete hain... plz aap suggest kijiye ya iss par video bnaaiye.🙏🙏
