Preach it brother. I had an E-7 that for 19 years was dodging deployments like Neo dodging bullets on the Matrix. When he was finally told he was going or he had to get out. So he went thinking he'd kiss ass for 12 months and get a 1SGT position. So he made my life a living hell because he chose me as his "whipping boy". So long story short we had several of those climate surveys and all they did was get people into trouble screw that. Lol

I've never been in a sensing session like that. Though I did sit in one for Fort Sill officers who did it after the enlisted. It was very professional, boring, nothin' much to say. Then the sensing session leader said, with pregnant pause, "OK, so now let's talk about the post hospital." The room tension went from 0 to 100; hands shot up everywhere. Half the sensing session team did a face palm and the rest went 1000 meter stare. The Fort Sill hospital circa 2001 was no place you wanted to go.
