It's past 3am and I was suffering through a anxiety attack as I was trying to study my Indonesian course on Duolingo. My attack lurched my progress and stole my focus away from me, I tried every kind of music I had in arsenal; from dark ambience to 90s hip hop beats alongside some breathing techinques I searched up but that combination turned out to be futile on my part. It wasn't until I remembered I that I saved this video, so I clicked back and relaxed. I'm feeling great right now!
