Most adorable crepe maker I've seen! The crepes aren't too shaby themselves. I love watching her work. Even tho her style isn't fast and robot-like compared to the other crepe makers I've seen, I think her working-style feels relaxing to watch. She looks like she's absolutely having fun.

@John Xina The legal age to work in Japan is 15 and I highly doubt she's that young given how skilled she is. I'd guess she's 18 at minimum. This is proven also by the fact that her hair is dyed and curly. Most Japanese people a born with straight black hair and are not allowed to artifically alter it. The dyed, curly hair shows that she is at least a high school graduate.
Looks delicious! My mom used to make crepes before my dad passed, but they were smaller to fit the crepe skillet. I'd put cherry pie filling on and roll it up. Jelly works, too, if it's all you have in the fridge. I'd eat a whole stack of them myself, lol. 😁

Almost every step along the way I was like "wait she's still going?". There's so many calories in that thing you'd have enough for a week. Looks absolutely spectacular though.

you have to keep in mind that desserts in Asia arent as sweet as they would be in the west, so that's why they're able to put so much whipped cream on the crepes without it being a lot of calories.

@@margretteyobbler No way that's true, Asia might be more healthy than the west but I'd be surprised if that was less than 400 or 500 calories. I doubt there's that much difference in the whipped cream either. At the end of the day a desert is still a desert.

american love sugar but this is hugr porsion so no way can be less calori as wizard say..and aian didnt took calori is myth they kust dont consume lot and they not eat bread.whatever u try icecream wipecream cholots will have huge calories. and asian when consume bread unlike europe they will use like cake bread and tomoto for them moslty sweet too they eat with suger.not savory like europeans i seen korean eat cherry tomotos with suger like desert chopstick using prevent them moslty eat lot and fast
This is what I love about Japan, and the Japanese people. So much pride in their work. Nothing rushed or corners-cut, a genuine love for their end product and a duty to give the best they can to the customer. Incredible.

Interesting you say this. I live in Toronto and there is two crepe shops opened by the same person. She is originally from France(Paris). I'm telling you, maybe I should do a video of how there crepes are made - Would put these Japanese ones to shame - Even how they(the Japanese) make the crepe is very sloppy compared and done with less skill and finesse. I would never eat one of these Japanese crepes; I'm spoiled from the French Ones.
