Love all the little sweet details, plus the knowledge tricks a tips only a person who has been making crepes for years knows..

The garnish on the matcha(?) crepe startled me. Chantilly cream, strawberries, and nuts inside, but broccolini, clover, and what looked like a rice ball inside preserved shiso on top. It's pretty, but such an unusual combination. Are they meant to be eaten? Is this a sneaky way to make people eat their veggies? XD

Yeah, that one sounded especially delicious. Its simplicity lets the tender crepe, the creamy butter, and the complex honey play their roles.
The care they put into placing the little leaves 🥺

On a trip to Tokyo I had an autumnal seasonal crêpe with pumpkin flan (at a random crêperie) that has been seared into my memory. I would highly recommend trying one there as if there is a fruit filling it would probably be of a very high standard.

It never fails to surprise me how many japanese desserts are just something to have cream in. I can barely digest cream, so to me it's always total overkill. Not to mention that two of these seem insanely sweet.
Stunningly beautiful, what a delight to be able to eat this!

That is because unlike [for example the USA] they have more respect for things like their workplace. Not forgetting their natural tenancy for cleanliness [they have special slippers specifically for the bathroom/restroom], they even wear special slippers in the house, swapping to normal shoes when going out

Leave it to the Japanese people; step aside France, the PERFECTION of Japanese TALENT and beauty and flavors SURPASS yours 🤧it’s ok, they can teach you how to up your game! 🤨😝 my word i need to bucket list move to top-Japan. With no money now just a dream. Besides, i would not wish to stay any LESS than 3 months! So much to see and experience, and im a foodie! Closest i get is watching all shows cooking, gardens, homes, parks, and climb/hikes on PBS and streaming videos. I wish to save up for an Japanese omelette pan! However, I’ve never mastered chopsticks lol, which seem to be the thing for mastering an omelette ❤️😳🙄😁 this is how I look trying to make an omelette 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️😤😳my family just calls it ‘a good scramble!’ 😝🙏🏻❤️
