I will like to comment about the number 9 of the list to clarify as a Salvadoran. The information that he gave is outdated the prison is system has changed a lot since 2020 and of very recently. The prison ciudad barrios does no longer house Ms-13 and Barrio 18 gang member and are transferred to a new prison Named CECOT the largest prison of all Latin America of the capacity of 40,000 people with state of the art maximum security.

I am from el salvador. My country was one of the most dangerous countries out there in latin america just about 2 years ago. Killing, raping, kidnapping, etc. Thanks to the new president though things have changed and ppl are now more calm. They now breathe a new air. An air full of peace, all of the people that are in that jail DESERVE EVERYTHING. (i now live in USA 💀💔💔)

If i for some reason got life in prison Id 100% find a drug dealer to front me enouugh drugs to where i could just od. Also prisons that are ran by the prisoners are still protected but they post people on the ooutside and have a shoot on site rule but anything on the inside is usually ran by prisoners like giving out bunks, make sure stuff stays as clean as possible" which is still hazardous conditions, some of these prisons have the actual black plague in them" But the inmates that run the prison are usually either wealthy and pay for it, have been there a long time, or higher ranking gang members and they get things like fresh food, actual beds, single rooms and so on. Places that have prisons like this though i wouldnt even consider visiting those countries because of how insanely corrupt they are.
