Friends, you asked and I did - delicious baked peppers in aromatic oil. It's quick and easy to make, you can tweak the recipe to your liking: add your favorite spices and oil. I'm just sharing an idea...
For 1 jar (500 ml) will need:
7-8 bell peppers
2-3 garlic cloves
7 basil leaves, purple or green - does not matter. Can be replaced with dried - 0. 5 tsp.
1 tsp. honey
salt ~ 0.5 tsp.
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar. Can be replaced with lemon juice or 9% vinegar, then you will need less.
100 ml. vegetable oil
Ground pepper - to taste
The appetizer keeps well in the refrigerator, for the New Year I make wonderful appetizers with it.
I assume that you will be asking how I make pasta)))) Housewives, I can not show you because all the crops are already harvested .... I will write here.
It's better to take green basil!
In the bowl of a blender (you can pass it through a meat grinder) put:
~ 300 g sprigs of basil
100 grams of garlic
salt to taste
150 ml of vegetable oil, better olive oil.
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice.
You can add a sprig of red hot pepper, sprigs of dill, my mother-in-law adds soy sauce and also tasty.
The pasta keeps well in the fridge.
Improvise!
I use it to dress salads, in soup, for various appetizers and sandwiches, to potatoes, pasta, meat and fish. Even just spread on bread - also very tasty.
