cleansing water with time, eat with consciousness, connect with nature, enjoy sunbath, knowing what's burning within you. as for the 6% air element of you, 1% renders inhale/exhale of breathing, the rest are beyond your concern. in other words they happen on your cell level, most likely on your "thoughtform" so to speak.
