Hi Professor Chong, I am also an undergraduate student from CUHK. As you mentioned about the source of information, other than the data itself, are there any sources of information(not limited to the web and even a KZbin channel) you will recommend?

The best data is original source of official information, even media may selectively report the good or bad official information. You may also cross check with US and other countries data. Some data are useful such as electricity consumption, which reflect the level of economic activity of a manufactoring country

基本上優質私人資訊大眾市民很難獲取，就算獲取到亦未必會相信。因為大眾市民一般很難接触有錢人，一個人叫買邊隻邊隻冷門股票，很容易被當成微信群組散貨。所以我覺得呢個世界的確係識人好過識字，當識得優質的人多，格局也會愈打愈開

我只看數據，實体店关門是全世界現像，不只香港，正如現在沒有HMV或旅行社，不代表經濟差，經濟差時一定會有失業率上升和工資下降，租金下降，現在沒有

@ww9971 是的，實體商用空間的需求大幅下降，除非有附加值如ESG辦公室，但實体商業租金下降不代表公司數目少了，香港2023公司註冊數字大幅上升，在家開網店不用租office
