I’ve caught some nice snook on those hooks and have had some good fish on them and I haven’t had that issue with them at all yet. If I don’t use those then I use the snake lockz. I used to use mustad grippins but being in salt water they rust after one use even if I rinse them down. I call them rustads now lol

I'm not sure what happened with the one that broke on me. I don't recall hitting a dock or anything like that. I did contact Zman and the actually sent me a replacement pack (pretty cool). I do have the Texas Eye jigheads which are kinda similar to the Snake Lockz. My only compliant is the weight flops around when you're trying to make long casts. Maybe it's me but I can't seem to cast as far with them.

@@United_By_Water could of been a flaw in that hook. The review of it was good though. I like non sponsored reviews

Tie another one on. Onward.

You have to bury the bend inside the plastic. Otherwise if the bend is exposed, it's not weedless.

I don't have any problems with being/getting it weedless, it's the nose pin that doesn't hold the bait very well (even when it's not broken). Just my personal experience with them after a couple weeks of use.

Super glue

Super glue is tried and true. Still not a big fan of these hooks. Been putting some casts behind them and IMHO, I prefer the Mustad Grip Pins.

@@United_By_Water I do wish they would put the keeper on there like their other weedless hooks but I do like the bait stop on there so your bait stays rigged when skipping docks and stuff
