可以~ Oreo餅一樣弄碎加奶油 中間白色那一層不要加餅底,可以加到慕斯裡面

重奶油是Google翻譯的好像沒有翻譯得很好, 應該是叫鮮奶油 Heavy Cream or whipping cream

I tried to use whipping cream, but can’t whip till solid, it’s still watery...

I’m not too sure why it’s watery for you, but below are some possibilities: Too little fat content. (I personally use 33% whipping cream, some people use even higher like 36%. When it’s higher fat content, it whips better. It needs enough fat to hold air between its fat molecules. Light whipping cream does work, but it takes longer) Not cold enough. (Room temperature whipping cream doesn’t whip as well as ones that are chilled in the fridge or freezer.) Not adding sweetener at the right moment. (Sugar can actually inhibit the cream from thickening so it’s best to add sugar after you allow the cream to gain some structure and thickness) The environment is too hot and humid. (Whipped cream does not do very well in hot and humid environment, it will wilt and melt. If this is the case, make sure the cream is chilled and add a stabilizer to the cream) Hope you give it a try again! Please let me know if you need more help :)
Yes it is gelatin powder. You can use gelatin sheets too. Just make sure you read the instruction on the package because it might be different from how I use mine. Hope this helps! ☺️
