中秋团圆佳节，自己做个月饼模尝试制作儿时的五仁月饼，
小时候最喜欢吃里边的瓜子、花生、冰糖，偶尔还能吃到一丝酸涩的陈皮
当再一次吃到这样的五仁月饼，所有回忆都变得清晰起来。
今夜月明人尽望，便携秋思早还家。

On Mid-Autumn Festival, I made a wooden mold to make five-nuts mooncake from my childhood memory.
When I was young, I love to eat melon seeds, peanuts, crystal sugar in five-nuts mooncake, and occasionally I could eat a bit of sour pericarpium citri reticulatae.
When l eat such a five-nuts mooncake again, all the memories come back.

月餅大好物。 型から作るなんて凄い！！！！！ 私の住んで居る地域だと横浜中華街(orオンラインショップ)まで行かないとちゃんとした月餅は手に入らない。 今年は自分で作ろうと思って居たの。 Amazonで売ってたシリコンモールドで(笑) 白豆餡に蓮実が入ったのが一番好きなんだけど、 蓮実が手に入らないので(売ってるけど高い)、 桂花醤と白豆餡で作ろうと数日前に近くの金木犀(桂花)を見に行ったら 今年は猛暑だったのでまだ蕾も付いて無かった。。 今年の自作月餅は諦めた。 ナッツ類が好きだから・・凄く美味しそうで食べたい。 桃のドライフルーツは始めて見たよ。
