Cold start on my z900rs with akrapovic Headers and some small revs.

No power commander I am going to have Ivans performance flash the ECU

Stupid question, but while running the stock Tune with the akrapovic headers, do you have any negative effect on your mpg? I know they tune the bikes lean from the factory but, just wondering.

sorry for just replying, but the MPG has stayed the same for me. Still averaging around 44mpg

Hey Brother, Wondering about with the exhaust system changes, did you have the ECU flashed or did you get a DYNO Tune from a shop? Reason I asked is I just bought a new 22' Z900RS & I plan on putting the same Brand header on mine w/the stock end can too...

Thanks for watching, the bike is still on the stock ecu flash with no other engine mods besides the headers and I have had no issues. It runs great, Enjoy the bike it is an amazing machine

Just watched this again and the headers look GREAT once they wear in, little bronze / burnt orange to them, they look amazing.

Well what is the bike running like now with those akrapovic...??

It runs great, definitely opens the bike up in the powerband a bit. I will be tuning it in the near future so that will help a lot, the stock mapping on these bikes is fairly lean even with the stock headers.
