Pro Tip: some games like GTA can have pretty bad performance. Thats because they run on a lower clock speed to save battery. In fact, the first years Sony allowed games to use only about a third of the maximum supported clock speed before later unlocking it's full potential via updates. On you Jailbroken Device you can hold shift in the home menu and bring up a menu that allows you to force all games to use the maximum clock speed. This greatly improved GTAs performance for me. It's also completely save, you're not overclocking, you're just using the maximum official speed that the PSP supports. Only downside is the battery goes down faster so you should't do this on the go

this is really nostalgic for me i remember playing this version on school, unfortunately my psp is broken :\, but is really cool this psp version of minecraft, its so well made i think if mojang really release a minecraft version for psp will be exactly like that one, there is also one version called fromage that are made for ps1 i recomend taking a look at this version too (sorry for the bad english, i am brasilian and im still learning english)

Here in Germany a PSP 3000 costs €30 (44.74 Australian dollars) and you can pick it up locally if you want. In general, everything that has to do with older consoles is cheaper here in Germany, which I don't understand, but it is what it 😅

my dad found an old psp 3001 from somewhere in boxes (since we were moving in) a few months ago, and it's been by me wherever i go in the house since. There isn't even a battery in it. Found my old one too in a bag with 50+ classic PSP games, battery was swollen so threw it away. Bought a new one from ebay and one day later it arrived. I plugged it into the charger and BAM. It turned on!! Last save files are from 2008, i was so amazed for the first 10 minutes on scrolling through the PSP settings and save files. If you haven't bought one yet.. you should definitely do it. I paid like €15 and it works fine.

psp og here 1000 is the generic 2000 is the slim (slightly smaller) 3000 is the slim and light (slimmer and lighter) pspgo has no umd slot. requiring the now defunct store. or jailbreak e1000 is the crappy offshoot. ( no wifi worse buttons etc) the numbers such as 1001 and 2001 dont mean anything. its just the location it was released in. good thing the psp isnt region locked

also. a way to get around the psp internet issues is to open a hotspot on your phone and set it to no password. you can also set it to be invisable. you would just need to set it up manualy

Apple pie recipe: Ingredients US CUSTOMARY Servings: 8 people 1 recipe for double pie crust 2 1/4 lbs Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored 6-7 apples (7 cups thinly sliced) 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 8 Tbsp unsalted butter 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour 1/4 cup water 1 cup granulated sugar 1 egg , + 1 Tbsp water, for egg wash Instructions Make the pie crust recipe and chill per instructions while preparing the filling. Preheat oven to 425˚F. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in 3 Tbsp flour then simmer for 1 minute, whisking constantly. Whisk in 1/4 cup water, 1 cup sugar and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and continue simmering 3 minutes, whisking frequently then remove from heat. Peel, remove cores and thinly slice 7 cups of apples and place them in a large bowl. Sprinkle the top with 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon and toss to combine. Pour the sauce over the apples and stir to coat the apple slices. Sprinkle your work surface with flour and roll out bottom pie crust to a 12" diameter circle. Wrap it around your rolling pin to transfer it to the 9" pie plate. Add apple mixture, mounding slightly in the center and being careful not to get the filling on the edges which would make it difficult to seal. Roll second crust into an 11" round and cut into 10 even thickness strips using a pizza cutter. Arrange strips in a woven lattice pattern over the top (see video tutorial). Beat together 1 egg and 1 Tbsp water and brush the top with egg mixture. Bake at 425˚F in the center of the oven for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350˚F and continue baking another 45 minutes or until apples are soft and filling is bubbling through the vents.* Rest at room temp 1 hour before serving.

The first time I got the PSP was pretty fun, it costed 49£ since 2017 I remember, idk how it was even that cheap, my favourite game to play on that console was GTA: Liberty City Stories, I loved it

I really missed the cheat engines you can use in GTA LCS & VCS. Flying vehicles around the whole map in a few seconds and making the refresh rate on the PSP struggle was so fun, and flying the vehicles so high in the air that the whole map eventually disappears and the screen goes black, then falling back down (that and turning off or reversing gravity). I also remember turning up the gravity would eventually cause you not to be able to move and all cars to just start exploding spontaneously. And you could change water levels and flood the whole map with water. There were so many other wacky things you could do with the games. I havent had any luck finding a way to do this in PPSSPP, unfortunately. Looks like someone made a newer version called CheatDeviceRemastered that works on PSP & Vita. Stuff like this and the homebrew / modding community is the biggest reason i still want to get a PS Vita, even though i already own an ROG Ally and Steam Deck.

I always was so jealous of those who got the PSP when the console was still popular. Just playing PS2 like games on a portable system was just mind blowing at the time, but I never got a PSP myself and even though I tried to get a PS Vita from Japan, the console never arrived, so I felt sad.
