I managed to get a refund on a purchase I made for a subscription a few days prior. I was nervous the first time so I didn't pull it off then, but then I got annoyed because they were all "nah, you already subscribed but we can cancel the next one" and called back with "I work in customer service and happen to have some knowledge about EU law, unless you want me to report your website for fraud you will give me my refund for a service that I haven't used." I do try to pay for the good stuff. But these fucking banks man... "high risk." If sex workers can't get paid because the banks piss their pants about risk management then we need something new. Sigh.

I got scammed once by surfing internet on my phone and clicked on links with videos of NSFW content, suddenly I got a text message on my phone that I had paid 20$ for a video I did not even watch, there was no warning or any indication that pressing the link would cost you money. I did not even know it was possible to drain your phone for money like that just from visiting a link. I immidiately called their costumer service demanding they money back and they refused, I got extremely angry and told them go "¤&%¤#¤%%"#¤E¤ and did hung up. Reported them to the internet fraud "police" and they claimed it was not possible to drain the phone like they did, everywere I looked people said it was simply impossible to drain your phone bill like that by simply visiting a website... But it did happen but no one did believe me when I told them I was scammed like that... After that I always block my phone for all forms of payment over the phone bill.
