After the success of the Dark Knight Batman trilogy under the care of Christopher Nolan, and with their superhero competitor, Marvel, starting to grow their Marvel Cinematic Universe, Warner Bros decided to start a franchise of their own. The DCEU first started in 2013 with the debut of a new Superman movie, Man of Steel, under the direction of Zack Snyder.
It wasn't great.
This is a revised video based on a series I did looking at the film Man of Steel, compiling all of the videos into a single video. Improved jokes, memes, audio fixes, music fixes, editing fixes, and combining everything together for a seamless 2 hour experience

Amazing video Loomar. Haven't finished yet but the part where you zoom in on Clark's face in the tornado scene had me dying. LMAO. I never realized the writing was so flawed.

The tornado scene is even dumber than you think, because an overpass is the last thing you want to try to use as shelter. They would actually have been safer staying in their cars. You'd think people who live in Kansas (highly prone to tornados) would know this.

Wow this film is incredibly flawed even more than i remembered, I almost think that Ben Affleck’s batman watched this review and realized superman was a threat cause he is stupid.

35:46 y’know I’m surprised Jon is the one insisting to save the dog and not Clark. Super in character. Not only is Clark younger faster and healthier but even if he made it out unscathed, everyone would’ve assumed it was some kind of miracle. And also, this is like basic human psychology, everyone would have been more focused emotionally on the fact that he almost died but luckily didn’t.

nice video! One scene you don't get because you prob have trouble with subtlety is when Pery tells Lois she's suspended for leaking the story, and then THREATENEED to punish her more for being agreeable-- He said that because he expected her to yell and be angry with him for this, but she's being all chill about it which makes him feel like she's hidding something, so he said that cause she's lying to him-- but he calms down and tells her that even if she's hidding the real reason he's fine w this, he thinks it's the right choice.-- Basically "I know you are hiding something"

1) Punishing an employee for doing what you ask, regardless of the context, is a shit thing to do 2) This ain't any ordinary thing. This isn't a piece about some government failure or a greedy corporation or health scandal that was covered up. It was a piece about aliens. It's such a far fetched/otherworldly thing to report about that I think it's perfectly normal for a reported to back down from this sort of story, especially if they feel embarrassed about publishing it and they admit they don't have enough evidence/leads. For some reason Perry, right before talking about how they shouldn't be focusing on aliens and that it's a subject that best be avoided, is basically asking her to not avoid the issue and keep reporting on it by punishing her if she doesn't do what he just asked her to do Like a lot of the scenes in the film, it's got a clear goal it wants to accomplish but is so bizarre in terms of dialogue and tone that I think it just fails

1:29:21 Lois being lighter would actually make it harder for gravity to affect her, as gravity is caused by/scails up with mass. She'd still fall in the Black Hole, just slightly slower the the cars The more serious problem is the fact that our planet, with all mass, would not only be pulled in to the Black Hole harder then anything in this scene but it's own gravity would pull the Black Hole towards it thus crushing our poor reporter between the large rock we call home and the plant eating Cosmic Horror

Thank you for pointing this out for me. However, during this scene we also see that small little pieces of rock and debris that is further away from the black hole are being pulled up while Lois is not. So by the logic of the film she should be getting pulled in as well if these tiny rocks are (I think the physics in this scene are just fucked completely) But yeah, thank you for correcting me on this, appreciate the feedback

We don't know how strong they are. Clark is able to destroy the material, and in the sequel we see that a nuke is capable of seriously injuring Clark. A nuke might do some serious damage to their ships if a few of them were launched at the same time. We'll never know because the military don't bother to do anything until the ships are parked on earth
