He knew he was powerful and he truly wanted to help but he also just wanted friends like him to be around, and since Victor is around his age, they connected quite well. Barry waving to Alfred, gleefully, and then smiling while running, he was HAPPY AND JOYFUL just to be there, help, hold his own. And Victor?? His arc was BEAUTIFUL!! The fact that Zack shot the epilogue scene in his backyard

So as per the epilogue, the joker says how many timelines have you altered and led to the death of so many loved ones....implying that they have tried to go back in time multiple times and the sequence in BvS was one of them. However it is interesting that the joker remembers that there were different timelines created so their memory is somehow preserved. Which means that the nightmares bruce is having might be traces of timelines that already existed.

The Kryptonian ship warned them about it and they didn't listen. Superman should never have been brought back with the corrupting influence of the Mother Box. They could have just dug him up, stuffed him in the Black suit and put him in the sun for a couple of days while Flash ran around the world with the Mother Box to keep it away from Steppenwolf. It was shown at the end of BvS that he wasn't dead when the dirt lifted off his coffin, so he could resurrect on his own with enough time, or they could have consulted the Kryptonian ship and asked it for options since the ship was smart enough to warn Lex about Doomsday-Zod and Steppenwolf.

I've got that weird feeling that it's Manhunter at the end of the Nightmare, because Superman's heated eyes are different than we have seen so far, plus right after Bruce wakes up he sees Manhunter too. But perhaprs it is just a lighting thing though, I don't know

You know the Act 3 action sequence was good when you can picture out how everything went, you know where the characters are, each sequence are memorable with distinct actions, and of course the ultimate team finishing move. This movie nailed all of them.

Everyone already mentioned all the great things but I’ll add this one that the Snyder Cut did: rewatching BvS (Ultimate Edition) and now watching JL Snyder Cut made me see this Lex Luthor in a different light... and seeing a progression and arc for him as well that makes me want to see more of him. Going from a Zuckerberg-esque character he was in BvS to the more traditional Lex here, to who knows what once he makes a deal with Darkseid in JL2 (if that ever gets made). Like the rest of the characters in Snyder’s trilogy of movies, all the characters seem odd at first but there is a reason that only becomes clearer later.

Zack has confirmed Martian Man hunter wasn't supposed to be there but instead John Stewart green lantern. He shot the scene but Wb didn't want Zack to use em and was about to quit, but instead switched to MM.
