Now I see why Ray Fisher was so pissed at Joss Whedon, because Cyborg's story has so much depth in this version, Whedon just disrespected the character all together, with his.

The thing I hate the most is that Whedon represented Barry as kind of an idiotic and hilarious character. The way he says "god I hope this is east" while saving the Russian family is nowhere near to the role he played while reversing time in ZSJL. He saved the JL and also the whole world and not just some Russian family. The race with superman was probably the WORST scene in the Josstice league. Batman was too weak and was made to look unnecessary in Josstice. And cyborg too wasn't given a story and much screen time. The way his father narrates his powers in ZSJL makes him seem so cool. Hilarious lines and comedy might be suitable for Marvel movies but it absolutely doesn't suit DC movies.

Yeah. But I have to say - a part of me does wishes that Snyder could’ve kept in Superman trash talking Batman. All that trash talking that Batman was doing in BVS - I liked that Superman was petty enough to throw it back at Batman.

The thing I love about this version of this chapter is 1 Clark is basically acting on instinct, at least till he saw Bruce. 2 the team actually had to break in to Star Labs and each had a part to play. 3 that the merging between Kryptonian and Apokoliptian tech had a tremendous amount of fear

The Mother Box was giving Cyborg that vision of the worst case scenario so that he would falter and stop Superman from being awoken. The Mother Box knows that Superman's awakening is a threat to the unity.

this sounds interesting, but it's not what's going on. Cyborg wasn't communicating with the Mother Box, he was communicating with the ship itself, the ship had already warned Lex Luthor against creating Doomsday. The ship itself was the one showing the vision to cyborg, likely for the same reasons you described. However instead of seeing the threat to the unity, it saw the threat to Earth, to mankind and to life

Lois’s death on its own isn’t what turns Superman against humanity. He fell victim to the anti-life equation that Darkseid unleashed. Lois’s death is the trigger that allows him to succumb and turns him essentially into a slave for Darkseid.

2:42 - In the original planned Trilogy of movies, Lois was gonna be pregnant by Part 2. The implication (and later confirmation in Part 3) that she was having a son by Bruce Wayne. They had apparently hooked up in the unclear amount of time between BvS and JL.

Superman using his Ultra Vision and looking into Cyborg's body is already a sign the system inside Cyborg sees it as unrecognizable and didn't have any permission to do so along with the fact that Superman is very Hostile at that moment it makes sense he'd do that.
