In case anyone was wondering how the Sound Engineer got those sounds, it's just a tone generator with effects into each channel, then all he has to do is label each channel with the note his tone generators is making, and then start playing the mixer!

I loved the sound engineer’s take. He’s basically using an eq with bell curves in the spectrum at different frequencies of your original audio. Then adjusting the gain of each of the parameters manually

I'm fairly sure he just had the same sample up and down-pitched and playing consistently across all the tracks, but naturally you would only hear the ones he brought the faders up for. Nothing revolutionary there, but it is pretty creative, can't say I've ever seen anyone do that.
