Be careful which land you are buying even if they are ventures 1. Don't blindly believe recheck and cross check compulsory... 2. Check the survey number in Dharani port 3. Go to the concerned MRO / sub registrar to see if the said venture / agricultural land / plots is free from any problems. Now that lands are taken over by the govt. Through land aquisation for the roads highways new ORR these lands people are luring customers by selling the lands at a cheap rate .... Be careful find out all details before I investing your hard earned money bro ...
