I really enjoyed watching two people agree to disagree without making it seem disrespectful to disagree. Why? Because mostly, interviews consist of one person saying something and the other person agreeing to it, sometimes not negating it just to prevent the interview from being uncomfortable to watch. And as someone said that when two people agree to a single idea, that's not a conversation happening, that's just one person saying stuff and the other person nodding along. But here, a great conversation about review culture happened which I really liked. And Amna, trust me, you and hassan do an amazing job at it. You guys are educated and that shows in your reviews. Keep it up.❤ And Zahid Ahmed, I really respect you for the fact that you mentioned what you thought. It was a great interview altogether.

He didn't take the blame for it instead he mocked and replied on a comment on instagram 'I apologize to the nation for this drama.. next time I won't read the script so "blindly"' And now same goes for MTA, he read the script and did the serial but he isn't taking the reponsibility instead he is trying to come out clean.

I think bad guys only get sympathy when they are glamourized. I remember seeing Ahsan khan in udaari n his character was so bad n he had played it so good that after that he came in an advertisement n it was basically a good advertisement n me n me sisters were all like man he looks like a 2 no. Banda in it which he was not. BCS he had played the character perfectly n his character was not glorified. In case of feroz khan, his characters are always glamourized like in khaani n ishqiya so people sympathize with him rather than feeling repulsed by him

I am sorry but I didn't like what he said about the critics. I loved how Amnah handled it. I as an artist agree that criticism on your work is a difficult feat to take positively, but the critic breathes only due to the art and vice versa. I found his comment a mockery. Otherwise a sensible interview masha Allah.

@@mishaalzk6033 No, I believe him when he said, "Mein Na Janoon" about what he signed up for in Muhabbat Tujhe Alvida. I completely agree. We have our own content. While we can be inspired and adapt, there's no creativity in trying to copy, and he unlike the rest of the cast did not go on about why this isn't a copy, that's in the eyes of the viewers who are comparing the two hits, scene by scene. What my comment was a reference to is the recent project an actor of 'his calibre' completed called, "Mein Na Janoon". He's humble so he even apologized. While he did justice to his role, I can't believe the makers weren't having second thoughts on set every day they shot it. Wikipedia already gave the story away while it was on air. If you haven't watched it, just read the convoluted plot and wonder why they would want to show it on TV. Then decide how many f***s you give about what happens to all the characters and whether you even care about their conclusions. It was a pain to watch how much ever anyone watched it. An actor of his calibre also did Alvida opposite Sanam Jung, where Sara Khan plays her cherished (she loves being a vamp) shallow and remorseless girl before she played Miral. While that was an engaging play with a very catchy soundtrack, I don't think anyone would recommend it as a must watch. If you want to hear Sara Khan yell, you know where to go. He's a very talented actor and an interesting person and after Muhabbat Tujhe Alvida I even find Shahan handsome despite his two brain cells, but why are we counting on him cherry picking the best plays available? I swear I don't follow him quite that much but gauging the popularity of Ishq Zahe Naseeb, that could just have been his breakthrough.

Not a Pumpkin I believe that if an actor decides to take a project , he should then own it. I find it pretty insensitive to criticise and apologise for doing a drama and then belittling it , after it flops. Wonder if he had apologised for doing Mein na Jano , if it had been a hit. Success has many fathers while failure is an orphan. I highly object to his remark about punjabi crass. No language can be associated with crass . Moreover, he was being snotty referring to Amma and tv, most probably. I agree that the words she uses are in no way spoken by the educated class of any province, but she never uses them for the actors. Amna’s reply was very apt.

Didn't expect this from Zahid... What do actors expect from the audience that they would see something and wouldn't talk about it.. And when people talk there are both good n bad things to hear.. So you can't humiliate someone speaking his or her mind... I can relate to any review so much at some point and can have completely different views with the same reviewer... So don't bash by saying "that urdu part of KZbin "

Sad that Zahid Ahmed brought another 'interviewing team' who are 'crass' and put them down. We all know who that reviewer is and she is one of the most genuine and nice people on You Tube and what she says is the truth, and what a lot of people are already thinking. It is only that she speaks in Punjabi and in a very casual, funny way. Crass means 'showing no intelligence or sensitivity.' and I am sorry but you-know-who does not do that. She always criticizes the characters - never the actors. Its always about the characters for her.
@colorsofstates8734 жыл бұрын
You are absolutely right. I just watched this interview and I felt bad when Zahid Ahmed mentioned "other interviewing team" this way. Something that wasn't expected from him. Why do people think Punjabi is a language that shows illiteracy ? She gives honest reviews and it is sad to see actors degrading her. Actors should appreciate honest reviews and freedom of speech.

It doesn't make her crass.....zyada wise banny Kay chakkar main zahid Ahmad kuch zyada hi critical hogye.... I think there is another fact that zahid is from Karachi and might never have experienced the humour of Punjab that's why he is not able to digest it completely...

This is the second time Zahid has discredited his drama and I'm not buying it. He's an actor. He reads scripts, which is why he signs dramas. He obviously knew MTA was somewhat like Judaai yet he didn't have a problem doing it. Secondly, even if he wasn't aware of the similarity between the two projects, did he really think playing a role of a husband stuck between two wives was going to win him Academy Awards? Mansha Pasha handled the criticism much better but he goes on to say that it was 'plagiarized'. He even made a meme of it. When he wanted money, he did the project but now when he's seeing that people are calling the actor out for the roles he chooses, he's like 'I don't have any part in it'. Zahid, if you're reading this, be a man and either don't take on such shallow characters and if you do, then at least don't bite the hand that feeds you. Great actor, but not so much of a human being.
@Starlight222254 жыл бұрын
I agree that as a fine actor he is, how can he be sorry to his audience back to back. Have to do homework before signing a project. I wonder if he will do another Hum drama. Seems like they are on not good terms.

Great interview :) hats off to Amna for conducting it so professionally. I am a regular viewer of both Amma’s show and SH. Zahid’s comment was inapprooriate, Amma never comments on an actor himself just on the character. Nothing is crass there including language. The way he pointed towards Amma’s show in his talk on personal level, but was offensive when they talk in their show just about characters is offensive too. Agree to disagree was good 💕
