The pots are actually Resistor's?!! 👍 So you can add a resistor to it as well as change the capacitor. Also any issues with pick-ups try adding metal plate or get some 6 penny nails Cut head & point off solder say 6 per Pickup. That can save money ... Beautiful Guitar 🎸 🎵🎶🎶🎶 Great Review... Sounded pretty good for a copy,my jackson has 15.6 in the bridge,very high output for a cheap guitar,got a bunch of new things like new knobs because the stock ones are crap and noiseless springs (gamechanger) have been ordered and will be here soon(amazon)

I gotta say Chinese made copies are getting better than they were just a few years ago. You should check out a Vicers L.P. copy! Yeah they are just Chibsons with a sticker over the Gibson logo but it might be worth it.

Sorry Dave, I think the guitar was meant to be a show piece rather than a fun player or gigging machine!! The tuners were so close I am surprised they were able to spin without hitting the headstock, the pickups were not quite what the machine needed. The guitar itself was really good looking I just don’t think it was meant for gigging. Good video as always. Have fun!!!

Shame about the gash. You might be able to steam some of that out, maybe even all of it. I had similar dents in the neck of my G&L and they came out completely with steam. Use an iron and a wet hand towel. Take your time, you might be surprised.
