How do you reposes mines without capital. Kaunda did it and the mines were down for many years. Foreign Capital is the way to go. I am not sure if you have read the conditions for the PPP of the Lusaka Ndola dual carriage way is fine as NAPSA is a Zambian Pension Fund so the money will remain in Zambia. Even the world over Foreign Investment is always welcome. NAPSA is also investing in power through Maamba Thermo Power Plant.

The airport we are still going to expand it. It's still small. The project investment was brought down yet air traffic is increasing. The airports have to expand still Zambians. Dubai investment is coming to Zambia. This is a big one. Dubai is only 4500hectors. Sekute economic zone is 17,000hectors released Land for development. It will be the best investment zone in Africa. The only Place on earth were 4 borders of 4 Countries meet. Just one Consortium will invest 53billion Dollors. 20 are coming imagine that. Last year 1,000 investment pledges. 400 Companies setting up already in 2025 the rest will follow. Zambia is stopping now importing Top dressing fertilizers from this year. Zambia will become now become a net exporter of both Basal and top dressing fertilizers. A miracle. Every Province has a ppp project. Schools are being built by World Bank as a grant across the Country. Over 2.3million back to School due to free education. There is more countless...
