As motorhomers one of our favourite stops in that region is Alaejos. They have a parking area just for motorhomes.

Nice video Stuart and great to see you having a good time with your Mum and Dad. I'm sure you miss them very much. I know I did when I moved to Spain. I've only been to Zamora twice but I found it fascinating. Thank you for sharing your experiences with us. Un saludo.

What memories you are making me re-live!!! When. I lived in Palencia, I did go to Zamora and Toro quite often to visit friends and a good excuse to visit old stones. Glad to see that your parents enjoyed their trip. The first time I went to those lands with my parents, we stayed in the Parado, which was a great experience! Feel jealous as that area is a bit far away from Catalonia, unfortunately!

Subestimado? ZAMORA .....

Nice video. Separately, it would be nice if you could address the issue of racism in Spain and especially the way in which Roma people are treated. I am from the UK and of Indian background and have faced hostility, deep disrespect, aggression, and actual racism all over Spain from people who have assumed that I am a Roma/gypsy and that I am therefore there to steal and/or not worthy of being served in a shop or restaurant. The behaviours I have encountered have been beyond shocking and disgusting and we are talking about in major cities of Spain.

Are these towns with the roots in Arab era or after the inquisition. No controversy to start. Only curious history 😍
@Ulysses170712 күн бұрын
@MONICAANICA Think they mostly predate Arab times. Roman or perhaps Visigothic

(Wiki)
