100%...one of the reasons Alexa's dad has so much contempt for him. he's a weak snively man who more than likely be beaten into submission emotionally by Alexa during the course of their marriage

He’s definitely a bitch, he gets on people that he feels that’s weaker than him so he can look tough. It’s funny how he didn’t bring that same energy to Bartise and Bartise treated Nancy way worse.

The most recent interview of Brennon and Alexa has them backpedaling a bit, with Alexa admitting she thinks Cole is a good person and that they were both just wrong for each other. She also says the reunion was not as bad as it looked, despite Cole being in tears, while Brennon tries to play nice by saying he feels bad if the reunion came off uncomfortable. Her stance has evolved since trying to say the cuties scene was irrelevant, which she got ripped to shreds over. They are an infuriating couple.

I haven't seen that interview. But if they're backpedaling, that's to their credit, though they should have done so long, long ago. If you're wrong about something, you should backpedal. But yes, I agree. Those two are infuriating.

Here’s the thing, if Cole truly did any of those things, I think the producers would have had absolutely given Nick and Vanessa the footage to “prove” Zanab claims. Then how the guys were like “we didn’t do any of that”.

This series is just incredible. When I was watching Love is Blind, for some reason I was team Zanab up until the reunion. After watching the Cuties scene, I realized there was something about her I didn't like but I wasn't sure what that was. I can't believe I also fell for her manipulation. Thank you for the series, can't wait for the next part!

I'm glad you're enjoying it. Sometimes you'll get a gut feeling that something isn't quite right, but you can't put your finger on it (as you said happened when you saw the Cuties clip). I find that's a pretty good warning sign you're being manipulated in some way. In the next part, I'm going to break down how Zanab told a number of small lies about the Cuties clip which all add up to paint a completely different picture to the reality.

I have seen a narc make up complete fabrications from start to finish in action and it’s shocking: my dear aunt. First she would tell someone “oh what if this happened!” Then I heard her tell it the next time “I bet this happened”… then as the days went by and she told more people it was told as fact. And quite good. If I hadn’t seen the process I would have 100% believed it as well. She is so good. But it’s horrible for the people these stories are made up about, because the narc is so good at their craft.
