I went to a Hell House night at a church here in Texas. The year I went they based the story around two teenage members of their Church. Both died in a drinking and driving accident together in high school. The church even went as far as having a staged accident scene with a real car and paramedics trying to save them. They then took you through the hospital, dying and both heaven and hell.
@tatertot42083 жыл бұрын
See this comes second nature to me Because in my high school every year the drama club which I was in would put on a skit about drinking and driving couple getting in a crash and the passenger dying the driver having to live with it and the funeral. I was thehe one who died my senior year. And that whole day we also did this thing called knocking at death's door during the school day where the grim reaper would come into different classrooms pick somebody and kill them and they would return with a black shirt and teardrops on their face and they weren't allowed to talk the rest of the day in the whole school knew that they were one of the drunk driving teams that were killed. It was like a percentage of how many teens die from drunk driving every prom and that amount of us were walking around school dead. It was truly something to see

@@tatertot4208 they did this at my school too, but while this is still traumatic for a lot it wasn’t so manipulative. The church ones were preaching that if you don’t accept Jesus into your life you’re going to be in a shooting, die in a car accident, get an at home abortion and die, kill yourself (these were all in one years “haunted house”) and at the end you’d go to the hell room and there would be “demons” and they would grab at you while you spun on a merry go round in a cage. I’m from Texas too and when Matt mentioned those hell houses I was struck by forgotten trauma. Omg. Lmfao. I went to one in San Antonio called “The 99” and the rooms were WILD. Drunk driving crazy scene, drug addict crack house, suicide room and so many others. Then at the end you get on an “elevator” that takes you to hell. I’m shook i remember all that. Anyone else been to this?

Matt was so close! The highest speed limit is 85! He was correct that it is found in Texas on state highway 130.

I am 18 and I lived in Florida for like 10, 11 years and i remember going to amscot it was like a bank to deposit money (or like a check thing where you take the check and get the money cash) and they had jars full of tootsies rolls i miss those days.

in arkansas we had a place called “here after house” at church and it was their version of hell… basically a haunted house and scared the crap out of me thinking that’s what was gonna happen to me 😂

THAT SONG!! I realized what song they we're talking about at the same time Mariah did. That song is so nostalgic. My cousin and I used to always play this game every time I would go to his house and it was just so fun and that was my favorite song that played in that game. Good times. Good memories. :)
