Same! But he said in the episode with Brittany Broski that he never talks about his religion because he doesn’t want to cause a divide. I feel he’s afraid of losing followers because they don’t align with his beliefs. It makes me sad. You can also tell in that episode they kind of started to talk about it but cut a lot of the conversation out to not get too religious. ☹️ but I agree I love how he went a little more in depth with his background.

I'm not sure they understand how betting works, but each of them were supposed to put up $135. So if Heath won, he gets $135 from Zane, $135 from Matt, and $135 from Mariah. That's because he took the odds that were not favorable and won, therefore higher risk, higher reward. If he was wrong, his $135 would be split between Zane, Matt, and Mariah, since they had the more favorable bet, they would split the pot. That's how a bet works.

Ok this is for Zane and Heath with their fitness, when you guys start working out you can't go right into it. You have to start light and ease your way into it. When you work out if you don't ease into it you will become weaker and will get injured even more. Rest is very important and don't over work yourselves. After each workout depending on what muscle group you did, you have to give it at least 24- 48 hours of rest for them to recover. Please don't hurt yourselves over this and make sure your posture is correct or you will get injured. Soreness is one thing but a pulled muscle is worse and will take longer to heal if you don't rest. As for the dieting and eating. You have to eat a lot. like 500 calories more than what you are used to because lifting weights and getting in shape requires a lot of calories. We only say this stuff because we care deeply about you guys, and want the best. Nothing can express the amount of love we all have for you guys and we truly support that you guys want to live better lives. We all love you and wish all good things for you guys.

@@logsf18 I’m a kickboxing and nutrition coach. I’m eating 1700 calories as my deficit, not even to maintain 🥴 and I’m probably the leanest I’ve ever been at 25

@@victoriaalonzo8893 Very nice!! I'm not certified but I have a lot of knowledge from research and experience. I am thinking of becoming a certified personal trainer though. Yeah 1200 calories is what we should be eating a day... 200 more is nothing

A few years ago, I was listening to David’s podcast, Views, and spun out on the interstate and when I was in the ditch David and Jason were just talking it up while I was having a breakdown. Me and the car were fine though, just had me a bit shook up:)

You both are on a 1400 kcal diet despite you both being different weight and height? Your maintenance at least must be much higher than that…1400 is very low for grown men, don’t starve yourself. I hope what I heard was wrong! Losing 2-3lb a week is normal. Losing weight TOO fast will result in you gaining that weight back as fast.

You’re eating 1600 calories and trying to strength train? You’re at starvation calories guys. You’ll never have energy at this level. Could be losing at 2500 with added cardio and excess energy to push hard in the gym. It’s a lifestyle change you don’t just crash diet, you’ll rebound in months.
