Yes . currently building in Nigeria and my future husband has started his construction company to be a Nigerian own construction company on his land. It's costing us about $15-20k to build our home from the ground up. This is beautiful

Absolutely right. Even before the sea level rise. I grew up in Jamaica, Threw minutes walk to the ocean. The ocean is unpredictable, I would only live by the ocean if it’s on a hill overlooking the ocean.
