Read a Zappa biography years ago, and one quote always stuck with me ............ "What about your kids weird names?" "Listen, there's only one name that's gonna get them in trouble, and that's their surname!"

@@ThisIsReadyMade Diva and Ahmet did. Moon and Dweezil seem to be as close as ever. And Gail really didn't help out by leaving Diva and Ahmet 30% of the estate each while Moon and Dweezil only got 20% so basically the younger ones control the whole thing. And the reason why they wanted to pretty much stop Dweezil's career was in order for it not to interfere with the upcoming hologram Zappa tour :/

Moon did a great job - she makes it look easy - the timing for her part is not just reading the words off the cheat sheet - it's got to flow and be delivered quickly and with proper inflection and she hits her marks throughout. Cheers to the Zappa fam. Hello to Moon - we went to kindergarten together - true story. I met her years and years later when she was dabbling with standup comedy.

I wanted originally to not like Dweezil, because of misperceptions that he was exploiting his father's name. I could not be more wrong. After going to a few shows and learning more about him, I am blown away by his dedication to not only his father's music and his own music but to bringing his own guitar interpretations to fruition and his grasp of tonal difference and it's impact in a song structure, I am blown away. One of my favorite guitarists was his father. He's equal in some ways and more so in others. Dweezil is an original. Thanks, dude.

Frank was a musical genius, and I hope one day will go down in history as one of the most prolific and intelligent of composers of the 20th century.
