I have been rewatching MIC from the beginning since March and it is making me realize that nothing can compare to the drama, mind games, and general messiness of Spencer and Louise (with Jamie and Caggie/ others in the mix of their mess at times). I think seasons 2-6 are great t.v. just for those two constantly cheating (Spencer on Louise and Louise with Spencer) and just being truly unrepentant (Spencer) or crying/ denying (Louise) when caught out. They really committed to the roles. No one can do the whispered crying with the trembling lip like Louise or say 'sorry not sorry' like Spencer. I mean what is this cry that Zara is putting on? There are no tears. And her voice switches back and forth between normal and crying so quickly. And in next week's episode, she'll still be keeping tabs on Sam even though he is a free man and can do whatever he wants. The newer cast is just missing it the 'it' factor that a lot of the old cast had. Even if you didn't like a person in the original cast you could still admit they were entertaining (for the most part) but Zara and a lot of the new people are just not entertaining. I hope Maeva gets more screen time because she brings it.
