Is the distance between the action screws the same as a standard k98? Curious if mauser 98 bottom metal w detach mag would fit

Yes, I have used many rifles and consider this equal or better than similar tactical / target rifles.

No..its not even as accurate as a tikka T3 hunter ! I cant belive it but its true...a heavy target rifle that shoots worse than most hunting bolt rifles..

If you have money buy a new Zastava M-19 rifle in 6.5,39 mm Grendel and 7.62,39mm.

I wonder why is so inaccurate ...whats the defect ( chamber, bedding, trigger, locking , barrel ) a rifle of this kind should be sub moa ( I saw the 7.62x54r review and shoot worst than my 1944 m39 mosin just unacceptable )

You are right I don't have one, and I was interested in it, but I have read and seen all the reviews I found on the internet and in NONE it does a decent group for a "precision rifle" all 308 groups are bigger than 1 moa (and they are a lot worst at 7.62x54r) .. To put it in context my tikka t3 hunter weighs a half, cost much less and shoots submoa groups every time.

Hi, I have some target /hunting and surplus rifles. The main reason because Im very interested in m07 match is because Im a fan of finnish mosin rifles ,and I want to buy a modern rifle in 7.62x54r ..none was available in west countries until now ..Im a bit disapointed about the m07accuracy test that I found in the web..I dont know if its because poor factory ammo, or bad shooters, but none shoot at leas 1 moa groups ..that I think its the minimum acceptance for a "precision" heavy barrel, target stock rifle.Anyway I think I will see it in my next visit to europe. and I hope it give some more reason to buy it.

@@chrisgs8727 Surely this M07 shoots well. I've owned and shot many many rifles and have had a few various Zastava rifles in the mix. Every one had a great barrel and shot extremely well. I just can't see this heavy barrel rifle performing poorly. With quality handloads It's probably as good as any rifle. Brother had a 808 sporter (Same rifle with a sporter weight barrel) and it was a sub MOA rifle all day long.

I was really interested in the m07 ...but as I see in all the reviews the accuracy is poor and in 7.62x54r sucks .. I can shoot far better than any of this reviews with my hunting rifles that weight almost a half ( tiika t3 , weatherby vanguard savage 10 )

Most russian russian scopes SUCKS (non centered reticle 60s technology coarse clicks) ..Dont waste your money

They're built for different purposes than what you intend really....The good modern stuff isn't exported. Russia has it's version of ITAR as well.
