Raven might be able to over power certain people, but Zatanna still takes the W if she goes full power, but she will lose control because she’s so strong. John isn’t more powerful he just knows how to use his magic. He’s the Batman of the “magicverse”. Zatanna put the entire multiverse to sleep before including the gods of magic. She’s legit the most powerful, even the JL and JLA go to her if they have a problem with magic. I’m excluding certain entities like the spectre or Dr.Fate.

EMM, no the point is this: first, they needed Faust, and second, the characters in the universe are not killed in many cases . And Constantine was the only barrier while Z could not speak because of the spell and most likely she would have died if not for Constantine. And Yes, if she does not regain control, it will probably lead to unexpected and terrible consequences. So think with a cold head from the beginning, and do not go on about the emotions.

This would be a valid point if it wasn’t for the fact that it’s Zatanna we’re talking about. She IS extremely powerful, but that power comes with consequences. If she uses too much of her dark energy she will lose control and most likely kill everybody in the room not just Felix Faust. Constantine knows this, and even if he wasn’t very useful in the fight he still knew that Zatanna is practically unstoppable if she reaches a certain point. Her powers are extremely specific in that if she uses them too little, she for lack of better words, implodes. And if she uses them too much it either weakens her or makes her lose control.

I don't. Because if they do so, and some random guy or girl gets the honour of writing the movie, there's probably a good chance that they won't read the comics and will start improvising. Improvising is never good. Same case for Smallville. Zoe's first live-action debut, and she was only in Smallville for like the last three seasons, which is really annoying. That was a chance that should have been saved for later. If the DCEU were to introduce Zatanna, written by somebody who actually knows the character, I would totally be up for it. But if they're gonna hire a guy who has no experience whatsoever with Zee, then it would be better to keep her in the comics and animations. My opinion of course. And sorry for the long comment.

Dude, get a life. Just because she's a magician doesn't make her a copy. First of all, Wanda's a witch, Zatanna is an occultist/mage. Zatanna is from a different species of humans and is descended from Leonardo Da Vinci and Arion the Atlantean. There are literally little to no similarities between the two.
