Hey. Please tell me how to export a file of the full Assembly, so that all those invisible subtule, which I cut holes, cutouts, and so on are not displayed when exporting?

I get that folks would think this was bad topology for video games...but would this process be ok to 3d print?

I have yet to 3D print, but I don't believe topology matters with 3D print... could be wrong.

Good design. It would be more educational if there were some commentary explaining the entire process. I didn’t learn anything from this video except that I don’t know how to do this.

No doubt that the work is awesome, and the technique is amazing can't say anything about that, but what about the topology, how do you go about doing that if you need to? and does people or companies accept the creative work without good topology, or can it be used with out topologize it these days? thanks

fadi S Great question, thanks for asking. The topology is bad, I'm getting away with it because it is a still image. What you can do is retopologize, which is basically building a low poly version of the same model with good topology. You can then bake all of the high poly details into a normal map that makes the low poly model look as good as there high poly model, but still has the good topology. A good rule of thumb is- if you need to animate your model then retopo it. Good topology is always better than bad (of course)
