People often forget that many of the current RM players such as Vini, Rodrygo, Camavinga, Fede were bought when they were 18. They didnt arrive as superstars - they were kids. Everyone says how boring it is to see Madrid win because they do it all that time but people often forget Madrid went DECADES without winning the CL (1966-1998). And even during the Galácticos era they had some embarrassing moments, as well as during Mourinho’s era, which was the era that officially brought in the mentality they’re so well known for. Even during this season they failed to win the quadruple, and that’s a touchy subject to them. The club clearly went through some serious organizing and I guess they found the Champions League crabby patty formula. It’s admirable and I can only hope my club does the same. People can talk about refereeing (when I think there’s more glaring cases) but there’s no denying they offer good football and they sign great players. You can’t win that many times off of pure luck. To lean into your basketball analogy. Kylian Mbappe going to Real Madrid is like Kevin Durant going to the Warriors. Madrid don't need Mbappe, but Mbappe desperately need Madrid to finally get the Champions League curse off his back. Mbappe going to Madrid is a big deal, but the real face and star of Madrid is unquestionably Vini Jr.

Would've been weird if Benfica's goalie played in a UCL final tbh, surely you'd want Lunin instead of Trubin no?

I love my team, I fell slowly in love with the club between 2012 n 2014. There's jus something bout this club, Champions once again, wish Toni could jus give it one more season one of my favourite players oat behind Ronaldo

In Spain I support Real Madrid. However, in this final I was rooting for Borussia Dortmund to be champions. Marco Reus deserved this title so much, in his last dance.

Now than Ronaldo Real Madrid i'm gaining more and more respect for them. This is now 2 champions leagues without "Mr Champions Leagues" and 15 overall. This club has something that no other club has in the world. It's the same thing that Barcelona from 2006-2015.

I don't usually support Real Madrid... But when I do, is because of Vini and Rodrygo... Brazilian football renaiscence right there! Love them, want all the best for them, they deserve it!
@guilhermearanha56768 ай бұрын
Just adding something after watching the whole video: I am partial about Vini and Rodrygo, cause... You know... I am brazilian, I want Vini to become the best player in the world (I don't think he is right now, but I believe he will become, soon), but yeah... Real did deserve the trophy. Honestly, for everything you said. Consistency gives better results than money, at least when you're talking about that level of game, I think.

Chelsea is one of 13 teams that have won it more than once. Also Rudi was a monster at Chelsea, and has continued at Real.

At one point just before half time, the commentators asked who would be the more concerned manager. They agreed it was Carlo Ancelotti. I turned to my wife and said I disagree. Dortmund played so so well in that first half and didn’t put one attempt away. Madrid looked lethargic and had no shape. I said that surely it would be Terzic because he will know that Real will go in at half time and Don Carlo will read the riot act. They’ll come out and score a couple of goals and win. And they did. And that’s what great teams do. They play in first gear and when they need to step it up they do. I’m enjoying my time as a Real fan. And I’m hoping they will continue with this amazing young group of players for years to come.

It just sucks that Marco Reus wasn't able to secure one of the biggest trophies to achieve in his footballing career (the other being the 2014 WC). *But this is Real Madrid. They were a better team overall imo.* So yeah, if he decides to retire after this, then.... *what a career,* just a shame he suffered *horrible injuries throughout his career* that caused him to miss out on some of the biggest trophies he seen in his career. *Marco Reus, forever a BvB legend.* Expect a jersey number retirement from Borussia Dortmund ladies and gentlemen. *Count on it.*

Next season a club will either 2 or 4 games more depending on where they finish, Man City, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid will still reach the quarter finals and this irritates me, as it not a proper test, yes they have 2 matches against teams in pot 1 yet that barely put a dent, they still finish in top 8, therefore Seeded in the last 16; I think everyone in their pot should face each other regardless if they are from the same Association, and I think the qualifying rounds should be put into a league qualifying phase group depending on their coefficient and scrap the Champions and league paths and get 7 teams qualify.

100% agree - Real Madrid just have an unshakeable belief that they will win the biggest games. They don't give you a sniff.

The only reason I like Real Madrid is because of Vini Jr. and Rodrygo. If this was 8 or 10 years ago, I'd be devastated for BVB and very frustrated to see Real Madrid win again. Yesterday, though, when I saw them celebrating the title, I started tearing up.

i am absolutely baffled why no one would park the park against Madrid in the final yet be the aggressive team. Real relies on transition, set pieces and their keeper. Dortmound should have look at the 21-22 final against liverpool and should have forced madrid to be the attacking team.

Real Madrid is a team I don’t like, but I have to respect. They may be monolithic, but I can’t act like they haven’t earned that rep. They’ve been THAT good for THAT long, which very few teams can say even now.
