Hi it’s the den Bosch guy. And I see what you mean however after submitting I trooped on. Sold cesar Because he became unrested and palace was after him so 25 million for him sold moller also. Bought some good young talent who are still developing. That aguero is quality now and won golden boy award. And I’m now with 10 games to go on the same points as 2nd (feyenord) in with a real shout at ucl. Thank you ever so much I’ve tweeked my tactic and we seem to not be conceeding as many goals thanks 😂 (update. Fernandez who’s played about 5 goals all season scored a last minute equaliser to send us roaring into the ucl)

I still wish for dynamic ability. Like if player has average rating of 8.0 he improves. Up to some point of course, depending on the quality of league and success in international and continental football.

That and dynamic potential. Your play could win the ballon d'or and he would still not improve one bit, i dont get why fm insists so much on fixed potential. I had so many instances of my youngsters or even just regular players performing above expectations but they never got to true stardom because they had low potential

@@royeltea The concept of potential doesnt make sense at all, Players dont have some sort of potential number, they just have the current ability and based on their strenght/weaknesses room to improve inside their potential.

I really felt those 0-0 against bad BL teams. I am struggling with this for 2 seasons now and sometimes it just is what it is xD. I can play with two defenders and throw everything to the front sometimes it is just n ot happening. I don't know what the Bundesliga is cooking in FM defense wise but it NUTS. I use a similar tactic as the first save but us it exclusively when playing again 4-2-3-1. Wide centre backs and wing backs are assigned to cover opposition wingers and DM is place centrally to cover the opposition AM. In MF I use a roaming playmaker who is excellent at pulling their CM out of position during build up. Instead of Right winger I have an AM who has the good freedom if the Roaming PM is pressed by opposition. The AP in this formation plays left of the striker as advanced forward to get into the channels and generally move the defence around. Central striker pressing forward. Tactic set up channel play to the wings to congest that side of the pitch. It works especially better if the full backs overlaps because wide CB and WB act like FB and Winger. But leaves 3v3 up front in the transition. Teams who go central or FB that stay back break my tactic. But if you attack, the counter punching ability of the team is second to none. Won L1 with Cheltenham playing this tactic.

My biggest bit of advice for the first submission is: Don't use 'Attacking' just because you want to attack. Its a bit misleading, but most of what the mentality drop-down does is determine how high up the pitch your players will tend to start, and how much they want to stay high regardless of what is happening. If you set it to "Attacking", the chances are your Wingbacks are going to basically be playing as outright wingers, and your striker (particularly with Advanced Forward) is going to be standing offside literally 60% of the time. Trust me, I have 5 tactics ready to go, and my main uses "Defensive" mentality, but I get asked by the media every other conference about my attacking style and almost always top the scoring charts. Actual attacking play comes from building passing and movement synergies across your team. We actually attack way better when I pick "Defensive" because the players are deeper and therefore there are more guys available to pick up a pass.

Not letting go of players you love, I've got 4 in my Wrexham team, Mullins is still a 3.5 star striker in the prem for me but he's 31 and really not good enough. Back to back promotions with him being top goal scorer in league 2, league 1 and the championship, it's hard. It was back to back promotions and I didn't expect to get to the prem being against West Ham in the play off finals but I went full on control in a hugely defensive formation and beat them on penalties. The prem is rough, I've had to change my tactics and work something that will help me deal with the bigger teams.

I am enjoying the game this year, I have started with Everton, we started on a minus 10 point deduction and we are now on 15 points. I know it's early but we should be just outside the champions league places. I won manager of the month in my second month. hi, disliking due to the disrespectful ad and leaving CONSTRUCTIVE criticism; if I'm paying for the sub discord and submit my save to get featured in a video, i don't want my submission to get mangled in between an ad for a dogwater game and just have my submission be skipped by everyone.
