video was too long. Halfway through it, I got hungry so I left it playing and went to the kitchen to fix my self a sandwich. But then I found out that I'm out of mayonnaise so I went to a store. There, I saw the most beautiful woman I have ever seen in my whole life. But I'm really a shy person so I took up a three-year personality development course so I can introduce my self. She was very friendly and all, but unfortunately, she has a boyfriend. So I said, all good, I'm a mature person. I want the best for her and I harbor no illusion that I am the best person for her and she seems happy with her boyfriend, so I did not bother her anymore. But we kept in touch and we became friends and I got over my crush on her. Then she broke up with her boyfriend, we drank some alcohol because of it, I told her she'll be fine and I wished her well. I still think she's the most beautiful woman in the world, but like I said, I am over my crush on her. It was like five years already when I first saw her. Besides, I am quiet happy with the friendship I developed with her. It was more important than a crush. So we kept hanging out, drinking, having coffee, and all. I had a girlfriend, she started dating other guys. My girlfriend wants to live some other life without me in it, so I said, okay, I want the best for you and I want you to pursue your happiness. My lady friend and I drank alcohol about it, and she gave me the same advice I gave her when she was in that position and I became okay with the breakup immediately. But we were really drunk, so she spent the night in my apartment. I only have one bed, so you know what that means: She took the bed and I slept on the couch. But on the couch, I really can't sleep. Something was bothering me. So I tossed and turned for about three hours, then I finally can't take it anymore, I stood up and went straight to my room where she's sleeping. I approached the bed, gently sat on it and I reached for her shoulder to pull her closer to me. She stirred and woke up. She asked what's up. I told her, you know, the first time I saw you, I was watching a video and left it playing to get my self a sandwich then went to the store to get some mayo then I got distracted by life that I forgot to finish the video. She said, you know what, I've been wondering about a weird noise in your night drawer. So we opened that drawer, and lo and behold, there's my phone and this video still has two minutes of play time on it.

@Chris Leyva it's because they tout themselves as this awesome car company, which they are not. If they would say "we make a half way decent car that will survive at least 10 years and isn't too expensive", they would have a lot more fans. But they tout their cars like they are almost as good as a bentley. Which is a joke. Ford is continuously better than chevy in almost every field, but they stick to the honest "we sell more pickups than the other guys", not "Our pickup trucks are bentley's with lift kits". Chevy just needs to tone it down to reality levels. Then they would be liked more.

I've literally only ever changed the brakes and the oil, and it shows no signs of excessive wear. Dealer clears me every time. But again that doesn't matter. What matters is Toyota has established a worldwide reputation of building some of the most durable and resilient vehicles around. Toyota pickups especially are known around the world for their toughness, which is why the Taliban and other terrorist groups use them to get around in the desert XD. Cars are built by humans though, and mistakes can happen. I've been told by more than a few people that back in the 60s and 70s it was a good idea to avoid a vehicle that was built on a Monday, because they were more likely to have parts installed incorrectly, or corners cut. Don't know how true that is either tbh

My friends all poke fun of me and my old junk cars, that are reliable and easy to repair. Ive had to do very little to any of them beyond basic maintenance and brake work. My friends 2014 Traverse...is a festering pile of goat shit. Its fucking garbage. Both lights shorted out because both of the seals went bad and got water in them. Both tail lights went out, same issue. Paint is flaking on the roof. The lugnut threads are starting to separate from the lugs. Tire issues, unrelated to the brand. The car has intermittent wiper issues. AC knob in the back seat is broken, stereo knob fell off. Burning oil. Just a piece of shit thats complicated as hell to work on. Friend with a 2013 Camaro SS had wheel alignment problems from factory, issues with brakes, issues with engine components and paint chipping, oh and the factory alarm would require reset almost every week. Hahahaha. The Impala used to be THE standard, as far as quality goes. Impala used to be something. Everyone with an Impala I knew had one got fucking rid of the problematic pieces of shit. They drove like a bathtub loaded with bowling balls. I know a cat right now that has one, a 2015. I just got done changing out his evap shit and replacing various valves and electronic components to make it run and pass inspection. Chevy used to be my brand. Fuck em. You would see Toyota employees from Japan (scientists in lab coats) fairly regularly, doing checks in the mechanics bay or the wrecked cars & they'd sometimes ask to record the information on the car you were driving. A recent survey from 1970...
@jimeagle11554 жыл бұрын
I'm betting the survey was completed at Chevy dealers as part of the finalizing the sale of a car.

Probably did the survey at a Chevy dealership.

*PLEASE DO A PARODY OF THE GMC TAILGATE COMMERCIAL.* You know, that dumb one where they are carring the tailgates up the hill. That would be epic!
@silverbullet60845 жыл бұрын
Agreed such stupid commercials, GM has got the worst advertising. Always ripping on other car makers that are way better than they are. They are scared

Well, we all know that Ford owners will give up their trucks for a goofy tailgate.

LOL, the tailgate to end all tailgates commercial is kind of fun and not really that bad, but you can follow the link and down vote it on GMC's KZbin channel like I did just for fun: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gpjFi5yrfNGkhbs

Well besides Trail Blazers, I work on way more fords and chryslers than chevy. Chevys are easy to work on, ls is easy to diag and fix. anything Chrysler is the biggest price of shit honestly. And ford just has a lot of shitty designs that make it hard to work on

Morrison Hotel Chevy had to pull the ad because it was a lie, a big old lie. Those pathetic liars got called out.

I love how there is a literal test for savety a car has to go through before they can drive on the road, and people still think that a survey hosted by chevy them selfs is more reliable
