You are wrong, that car just like Lynk & Co, well same as Polestar and Volvo, are both designed and developed in Gothenburg, Sweden. It is only mass produced in China but soon in Europe.

what are you talking about? Polestar is a complete different car than volvo. They are owned by the same Geely but its still huge difference. Same with lynk and zeeker. Every brand got their differences. They look and feels different too. Just because they are owned by Geely does not mean they are the same cars.

There are lots of small things which add up to be a complete different car. Try zeekr X and then try polestar, then volvo xc40. Its mega huge of a difference of cars in so many ways.

I have this car and I'm very happy with it. The software has many annoyances but there's a big update coming in 2 weeks which will hopefully address all or most of these. It's a great car to drive both in the city and for long trips.

I agree, I have the car also. Turn off the surround sound and it's quite good. Not as good as Tesla or my last Audi but still quite good.

In my first KIA stinger, the audio system didn’t sound good, you could max out the volume and it was ok. On the 2nd car, it was great but, turning on surround sound didn’t sound good. My buddy’s car came back from service sounding better, when we inquired, they mentioned they had to disable a feature that limited the system so people test driving the cars wouldn’t damage the speakers. Sounds like how my e-tron didn’t do so well with using that option with its B&O system, as suggested, don’t use it.

I hope that in new 2024 Zeekr 001 have improve all negative side about software u sad. For sure, I know that sound sistem is improve because now u have 26 speaker in car and better sound sistem from yamaha. Can u in Sweden import Zeekr 2024 with 95 kWh battery? Can u do homologation process and what would be all cost for registration off new Chinese version 2024? U have in Belarusia New 2024 Zeekr 001 for 38000 euros for example. Maybe also in baltic states like Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia. Same in Ukraine, but now is risk to go there. Pls, can u find that info how much would be cost to import new 2024 Zeekr 001 about 38-39k € for a car + homologation, taxes and registration. Good info from this video. Keep going! Cheers!

The 2025 version has resolved some of the issues mentioned here and as far as Polestar 4, while I love the looks, it lacks the power, HUD and air suspension the 001 has and sells for a higher price. Im disappointed with the power from the Polestar 4, knowing it is supposed to be a performance company, especially knowing this car shares the same platform and you can get higher performing motors on it. I think many people will choose the Zeekr 001 over the Polestar 4.

Yeah, the seats (front and back), motors, battery, i think the suspension too are all the same. But it's not "Polestar 4 components". You should say the opposite, Polestar is using ZEEKR components since this car came out roughly 2 years before the Polestar 4. And in general they are part of the same parent company - GEELY.

It’s Volvo’s electric platform being used across brands under the Geely umbrella. Geely was using Volvo’s platform to develop vehicles for Lynk and Co, the 001 and X, from my understanding , were originally meant for Lynk and Co but, they used them to start an all electric brand, Zeekr. A few days ago at the Paris Auto Show, the sedan version of the X launched as Lynk and CO’s electric car. It’s just the same platform sharing as the legacy manufacturers, each brand has their own interior/exterior design using similar underpinnings and some interior bits.

The Chinese are not as experienced in driving dynamics, chassis and suspension set up, and these cars are mostly first gens, i think that in 5 to 10 years legacy car makers have no way to compete since already the only advantage they have is the driving dynamics. the rest are mostly over the air updates and lack of data on these new platforms and systems.
