Happy New Year!!! I figured this would be a good new year type song. This was such a fun song to record after the long months it took me to finish the Chrono Trigger Medley. I can't believe this is only my second Zelda cover! After the fun I had recording this one I definitely want to do more Zelda songs in the future. At first when I was recoding the gameplay I was just going to have link walk around in the bar and drink milk but then I slowly started coming up with a little story.
After obtaining the Romani Mask Link finds his way over to the Milk Bar. Once in there he meets several characters and then decides to try this Chateau Romani he's heard so much about. After one bottle it goes right to his head. The night becomes a blur and Link quickly spends all of his rupees on bottle after bottle of milk. Link exits the bar to find that day one has passed. "It's fine. I have plenty of time left" He thinks to himself. After draining his bank he heads back to find Gorman shuffling his way back into the Milk Bar. Link follows him inside and starts another night, and day, of heavy milk drinking. Day quickly turns into night, night into day and Link is drinking bottle after bottle. It's now day three and Link is still at it. Before Link can settle down and stop his head from spinning the bar closes. Link is forced outside to find that... the moon is crashing into Clock Town. Link finally gets a chance to focus and come to the conclusion that "It's Day Three!!!" "I drank through all three days!!!"
Well this time things didn't work out to well for Link. I hope you enjoyed this video. The next song I plan to record will be from GoldenEye 007. Thanks for watching. Original music comped by Koji Kondo.
