Just in time for Zelda month! My last Zelda cover was last January so it's been long overdue. When I first heard this song as a kid I was obsessed with it. I've always wanted to cover it so I figured now is the best time. I've had an idea of how I wanted this cover to sound like for years. It's nice to finally get them out of my head. I used lots of percussion in this. I tried to replicate a horse gallop by playing drumsticks on the ground and tapping my fingers on the guitar. This was one of the hardest song I've ever played on guitar. I really need to practice more! Thanks for watching!

Obviously that donut percussion drives the song but I really love the lead tone on that classical guitar. Just the right amount of delay and reverb. Beautiful.

This is fantastic. Why haven't I heard of this guy till today? I think the only thing that could make this cover more awesome (not that it needs it) would be some mariachi-style trumpet action. Again, this is excellent as-is, but the trumpet would elevate it to legendary status.
