They said that they were overcome with joy at first becuase they were making a Zelda game, but slowly got more and more depressed becuase they knew it was gonna be bad. Also they said that the hardware just sucked and what they did already was impressive. Really puts into perspective how fucking awful the CDI is.

Would i call it great? Not necessarily, does it have heart? Absolutely! I like how campy it feels, and it's by far one of the best parts of the games together with the music. It shows that you don't need to have "great" voice acting, as long as you put effort into it, and give it it's own identity people will love it.
