1. Keeping perfect posture, sit on a not too relaxing and not too uncomfortable pose. 2. Slowly breath in & out with nose, keep mouth close. Clear mind, think of breath. Count breaths till 10. 3. If mind wanders, acknowledge n go back to counting from 1. 4. Concentrate on breathing, forget counting. 5. Warm up body, tinglings i guess 6. Experience stillness n yourself. Observe yourself. 7. 15 mins every week and expand 5 mins each week.

1. Take a bow much stronger than you can pull and notch it with an arrow 2. Pull back the string with out using tension 3. Each time you feel yourself clench ask yourself: Why don't I have any power. 4. As you begin the arduous process of discovering how to generate power without using tension allow all your frustrations to accumulate internally and rise 5 If these frustrations want to burst forth into a scream, then scream 6 If the failure to pull the bow effortlessly without tension makes you feel useless, then saturate your body and mind with the feeling of being useless 7 Use burst breathing to disrupt the tendency to breathe in as the bow is drawn and exhale after the shot is released 8 Allow your emotions to take full control of you when they arise 9 Train like this 3 x a week for two years and your body and mind will begin to change your attitude towards failure 10 When you meditate allow your mind to wonder. Every time you get a vivid thought, write it down on a writing pad that should be placed beside you 12 Every 3 to 4 months you should notice a significant change in the tempo of your vivid thoughts. Over a two year period something very unusual will occur 13 The goal of Zen is not stillness, peace or harmony. The goal is to become real. For a person to become really their Self......is very, very difficult. Zen training is a kind of psycho-physical percolator. 14 Never count your breath because its a form of self manipulation. Let your Body breath its Self. This is the first gate to pass through in Zen training. Burst breathing prevents self manipulation. Over time your Body will take over and breath for itself, autonomously, fearlessly and vitally. 15 If your mind wanders follow where it goes, never hinder its path. It wanders because it wants to take your consciousness to the threshold of a gate that it needs to pass through. Don't distract it by using manipulative breath. The mind wanders because its overburdened. Let it wander until it collapses from exhaustion. 16 Haru Zen Dojo......find us in the mountains

This is a very good Audio presentation. Sam Siv demonstrates articulatory through this presentation the formation towards Our peaceful existence in a society of materialism. To fully understand the unique aspects of Zen (Buddhism) it is necessary to play over and over, study the formation, and enact your change in life for the better.

consciousness, and the firm and solid mind. 4.4 The real mind has two functions, to associate and disassociate with false thoughts, and Zen Buddhism responds to human suffering and evil through Good book, but some of the pronunciations are way off. In the Buddhist temples I'm familiar with (Dharma Rain Zen Center, where I lived 4 years and completed a seminary program, Great Vow Monastery, and several others) it's "ZAH- Zen" not "zazzen" and "Zah-Buh-Ton." Some of the ancestor's names do need to be based on best guesses of translations from hundreds of years ago.
